Warranty, Maintainance & Repair Service

We service only what we have sold and are dedicated to our customers' satisfaction. A wide variety of service parts are in stock. This allows us to respond quickly and in most cases complete the repair in one visit.

We provide free, in your home, service (parts & labor) on every heating appliance we sell for the first year regardless of the manufacturer warranty, excluding normal maintenance issues. From that point on we follow the manufacturer warranty.

Our service technicians have been certified by the National Fireplace Institute and trained by the manufacturer to perform quality repairs at a reasonable price.

We offer normal maintenance service on wood, gas and pellet heaters at a reduced rate in the off season (April through June).
